This class will go through everything you need to know from pregnancy, to labor, comfort techniques, medical procedures, taking care of your newborn, and postpartum. Some specific things that will be covered are what happens during labor, labor positions, techniques to get through the pain, staying calm, and simply enjoying this special time bringing you precious little one into the world peacefully.
